Project Need:  In 2011, the new Ouzinkie Airport access road was connected to the north end of F-Street, thereby requiring all travel to and from the airport to use F-Street.  The increased traffic highlighted the deficiencies of F-Street and significantly increased the safety hazards due to the road’s close proximity to homes, narrow travel lanes, and rough surface.

Client:  Ouzinkie Tribal Council
Completion Date: 2015
