The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) provides Safety Grants each year for projects presented by Tribes within their Transportation Safety Plan.  EBSC Engineering drafts safety plans that adhere to FHWA requirements for documenting safety deficiencies within a community for future project funding applications.  Village deficiencies such as street lighting, road signage, emergency shelters, emergency equipment, and dust suppression are common eligible village safety projects.
